| As far as I can tell, stty's "flush" setting is enabled if "iexten"
| is enabled.  At that point, pressing that key causes output to be
| discarded until that key is pressed again.  (I guess on slower
| devices, this can be useful.)  Apparently, it's active with iexten
| enabled, even when filePro puts the terminal into raw mode.
