Are you sure that the Filepro\Iidetail folder has all necessary files in it?

It should have at least these files:

data
key
map
map.tmp
screen.0

plus any browses (*.brw), output formats (*.out), processing tables 
(*.prc), and selection sets (*.sel) that are required for normal operation.

Specifically, if the map file (unlikely to change very often) is 
missing, the file will show up in filePro IUA but you will not be able 
to open it.
