Precisely.
The point of "Asking Smart Questions" is to explain *why* people who
have answers to questions become pressed to the point of incivility,
and how people who have questions to *ask* can avoid *doing* that.
We're not assholes, Tom; if we get testy, there's sometimes a reason
for it.
