I totally agree with you so I downloaded the ISO from their site (BTW, nice
decent download speed), fully installed it and it's true! it's a Linux made
for human beings! as their slogan states (LOL). I hit the UPDATE feature and
downloaded bunch of stuff (as yum would do on other distros). It's running
on 2.6 kernel. The desktop version it's much cleaner that RedHat's and less
fancier that Suse's. It's quite fascinating the simple way it installs
(using 1 installation CD) and works out of the box compared to RH or suse.
