error in ODBC for windows

When Ken asked you about environmental variables, now I do not understand. If 
fpODBC's license "key" is tied to the winchester drive you initially installed 
it upon, by his answer it seems as if it would allow you to move the location of 
the binaries. I didn't think you could just move the copy of fpODBC from 
laptop_location to server_location, as long as it's being executed by the 
machine initially it was installed upon.
