Hotmail is often problematic.

Hotmail's latest ``feature'' is that they're reputably flagging any e-mail
that doesn't implement Microsoft's versions of SPF or Domain Keys (causing
many ISPs to remove SPF records since hotmail is somewhat less hostile to
hosts with no SPF than to ones that publish them, but adhere to standards
-- such as they are for SPF :-).
