It is even weirder than that. If you are using the color termcap -
which I see you are - If you set the foreground and background colors
and reverse text in Unix and then go to define screens, when you update
the screen the colors currently set are saved as part of the typing. I
have used this method to make color screens for my Unix customers. Works
best if there is not too much variation in color.
You can make a quick repair to a screen or edit a screen and maintain
the colors.
