error : reoptimize

I have been using filepro for the last 25 years. My application has not
been updated for a number of years and has run fine except for the few
hickups that a rebbot of sco fixed. 
I am now recieving a error as follows:
system error:
buffer allocation error please reoptimize
 
I am running with rcabe ver 3.xxx
