What? Where did Nancy or anyone say that they think
your idea is dumb?  All I have seen is intelligent
discussion.

I did not see anything remotely personal in any of the
replies thusfar.  I do recall, however, that you were
expecting a negative response in your original post. 
Perhaps your expectation has confused your perception.
