TERMCAP is a standard termcap library variable, used to override the
default /etc/termcap setting.

filePro uses both the $PFPROG/fp/lib/termcap and the /etc/termcap (or
the $TERMCAP override) for its settings with filePro's own termcap file
having precedence if a value is set in both.
