internet filter and access control

Dennis,

Jose's suggestion is a good one.  At one client site the router is set, by
Verizon, to block all internet access for IP address below 192.168.100.

I have all employee computers set with fixed IP's below 100 except for 3
machines.  And yes we do have a hardware firewall installed also.  These
firewalls can be set to do what you want also.

Take a look at sonicwall, watchguard, Cisco.  Better yet, here is CDW's list of
firewalls

This will give you an idea of what is available and what might fit you needs.
