On Tandy 6000 Xenix, where records were read from the disk
in blocks of 256 bytes, I felt that records that were of
length 256, 128, 64, 32 or multiples of 256 characters
were read with more efficiency. Keeping filePro's 20-byte
record header in mind, that would mean filePro record lengths
of 236, 108, 55, 12 or 492, 1005, etc.
Now days I doubt that it makes any matter at all.
