Need a good Linux sys admin man in Little Rock, AR

The people who bought my old business in Little Rock, AR are finally going 
to upgrade the old SCO3.2V4.2 box that runs my old program.  They have 
someone to do the hardware but need someone who can install Linux and do sys 
admin for them.   I am willing to help port my program over but I live in 
Memphis and can't do sys admin support for them.
