Bill,
I know Mark did not put Dennis up to the glowing report. It was just so
fabulous. I am sure lightmail deserves the cudos. I expect that
considering Mark's droll sense of humor he would understand my nudge.
It was intended as a small tease but I will take any heat for my
comments that Mark might send my way.
I would not want to indicate that Mark has anything less than sterling
business ethics. I have always been very impressed with his sense of
what is right and wrong in business practices. I would add that any
software purchased from Mark would have excellent support. He will make
sure it works as intended. I think it is his own personal requirement
for excellence and perfection that drives him in this direction.
I hope that no one on the list thought I was in any way degrading the
software or the business ethics at Fairlite Consulting.
