Using trap command (was: Exceeded User Count)

As a quick dop-post.  FacetWin  allows you to disable the top-right X on the
terminal emulator window... very useful in keeping users from exiting the
window without going through your filePro precautions. We usually ask them
if they _really_ want to log out and if so, take them out.  I am not sure,
but I think Anzio may also allow this disabling.
