Wow. It's impossible.
I was cheating and didn't realise it before. Without moving my feet at all, 
I can use the chair to push off the floor or the wall and stand up easy. If 
I simply hold the chair off the floor and don't use it as a tool against the 
wall or floor, no amount of tip-toe-ankle pushing has the slightest effect.
I have a skinny little nothing where a lot of rump needs to be.
