The Wyse-50's arrow keys weren't much better. The left-arrow was a
Ctrl-H (same as backspace), and the down-arrow was Ctrl-J (same as
Enter in "normal" stty modes on Unix). filePro specifically turns
off "icrnl" mode so that it can distinguish Enter and Ctrl-J.
