(OT) XML-RPC zip code/state servers?

Contact the post office. They sell a CD that has all zips and counties. 
Everything you will need. You can download it into a filepro file and use it 
to do automated lookups on addresses and set up whatever error routines 
pertain to you.

We've been using it for a couple of years.
