For this one client I have approximately 25 Filepro 5.0.14 menus written,
each with 24 items for a total of over 600 menu items. My client cant find
anything any more and neither can I so they keep asking and I keep writing
the same reports over and over and over and over ....

I finally said enough. So I am organizing and writing help files.

Menu Edit II made the job easier. I was able to copy menus, modify them
quickly and then rename them, and add help files to each item all w/o
leaving MM II. Putting help files into my menus and reorganizing them has
made it easier to find exactly what report they needed since the help files
describe the report and selection process. I also put a -pq on each report
so they can check on how the selection works. This allows the client to
better mine the data base.

I thought any of you that have a similar situation may be interested in my
solution.
Thanks for your patience and interest,
Gary
