When printing from the command line, have you tried using the same
command line flags in the same way filepro will use them?  (ie: sending
the output through a pipe, rather than passing a filename.)

For example, if you have configured filePro to print with "lp -dfoo -s",
then try printing a file with "cat filename | lp -dfoo -s".  Testing it
with "lp -dfoo -s filename" is not the same thing.
