segmentation violation

I'm hoping that someone will be able to help.
I run filePro 4.5 on SCO Unix.
I haven't touched this system for quite some time, but, last week I made
some changes to an input processing table.
The first problem I encountered was a an error indicating that my token
table was too small. Years ago I received advice to add -tf 35000 -ty
30000 to my menu command line. Since adding to the input processing
table last week the error came up again. I increased the values
incrementally but the changes had no effect, I still got the same error.
I think I went beyond 100000 for both the -tf and the -ty. Finally I
tried -t 50000 and that solved my problem.
Today, probably for the first time since I made the changes to the input
processing table and to one of the forms we use, we encountered a
problem printing some other forms in the same database. It looks like
the error that pops up at the bottom of the screen (just a flash) says
"segmentation violation" and the form does not print.
Does anyone have any ideas what may be causing this error?
