(OT) UnixWare 2.0 help with NICs

Given the preponderance of OUFs (Old Unix Farts) on this list, I thought I
might find someone who could help me with a UnixWare 2.0 problem.
Specifically I have a customer running an accounting application on a UW
2.0 system where the ASUS main board went south. We moved the SCSI hard
disks, etc. over to a fresh box, and everything is working except that the
old NIC was a 3COM 3C509 ISA card, and the new box has only PCI slots.
My first question is how to configure NICs on UW 2.0? The sysadm program
looks like the correct place, but I haven't been able to see any place
where it gives a selection of supported NICs. Grepping through the
/etc/conf directory for things like 3c905, of which I have a boatload, I
can't find anything.
The 2nd question would be what types of PCI NICs would be supported by UW
2.0? I have some SMC Ultra PCI cards, a handful of DEC Tulip based cards
(as are the SMC I believe). We used to use a fair number of COMPEX NE2000
compatible PCI cards, but I don't think I have any of these around any
longer.
