OT: Flagging OT (was: Re: fax to eM41L)

He's saying that since it's not related to filePro -directly- (strictly
speaking, even if you're hooking it in, maybe it wasn't clearly stated
enough--I can't remember anymore), then it's off-topic.  

Correct nettiquette dictates that if something is off-topic, you flag it OT
(for Off Topic) so those who wish to skip it may more easily do so.

Frankly, I think anything labelled "fax to email" is clearly OT anyway, he
knew it was OT or he wouldn't have said anything, and he just likes to
complain.  

But in practise, it's an accepted and polite standard we should be
following in flagging things that are OT when we actually realise they are.
