[IDS-7792443] IDS-7792443 CPU Overuse notice

does anyone know waht could cause the following???  All I did was run p.exe
for maybe 5 seconds two or three times yesterday to check if it was
installed or not. Things looked right, I left the system with nothing
running from filePro at all I thought. It appears runmenu is doing something
strange??

As shown above, these process[es] are consuming a high amount of CPU on the
server. This is causing unacceptable performance on the server and
negatively impacts other customers on the server.

Please work on this script/application to reduce the CPU usage as soon as
possible. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Please reply
to this email if you have any questions or concerns regarding this issue.
