Just downloaded BSD and it is old??

No, Mark. They are .14. We believe there may be something in the install
script that is stopping them from overwriting existing files or something.
It seems to be a problem far beyond the actual compile. All the programs on
the download site are .14 We are continuing the investigation into the
problem. John and all can not be wrong so we agree that something is wrong
somewhere but it does not at this time appear to be the executable version
numbers.
