I'm pleased to announce our release of FairView, an image viewer for
the Microsoft Windows family of operating systems.

FairView was designed based on discussion here over the last two weeks
regarding displaying a JPEG without losing focus on the filePro window.
I'm pleased to announced, "Mission accomplished."

With FairView, you can SYSTEM() to the program to display an image, and the
window does not steal focus from any other window you're currently in
(unless explicitly told to). You may make subsequent calls to FairView to
display more images in the same window.

The program has a host of features, including:

     * The primary special feature--not stealing focus.

     * Window geometry control, and two window types: automatic
       window-resizing mode, and scrolling mode.

     * Labels denoting the image (and path to it) over the image itself
may be turned on or off.

     * You may resize the image downwards ("shrink") in one of two modes:
absolute, or aspect--the latter of which scales your images while
       preserving the aspect ratio.

     * FairView's window may be disabled by another call to the program
       with the appropriate argument.

     * Support for GIF, JPG, BMP, PNG, XBM, XPM, PPM, and PGM image
       formats.
