If, as Ken asked, everything is Ok on the old machine, you could

1. Remove the hard drive from the old computer and temporarily install it in you
machine.  Then just copy the data to you hard drive, ZIP it and burn it to a CD.
(Your new hard drive will be much faster the old one).

2. If Zipping software is available or can be installed on the old computer, Zip
filePro and its relevant files like fppath. The copy to a floppy.

My preference would be #1.
