printing to windows spooler - width of doc problem

What version of Windows are you on? Go to support.microsoft.com and look up
Knowledge Base Article 150930. There are some different steps for different
versions of windows. If you can't find the article, I can scan it and email
it to you.
But under WinXP, I had the exact same problem with the printer only printing
80 columns no matter what and this fixed it.
