Please don't take this as being blown off, or anything negative, but:

"A solution to -what-?"

You didn't say what the actual problem is.  You didn't actually indicate
that there -is- a problem except by inference.  You simply detailed your
task.  What specifically is going awry that is an actual addressable point?
