Ah, I found It.  The prior developer switched PFMENU
and PFDIR prior to running the particular report that
I was trying to get to work.  So I was looking at the
wrong output format when I verified that the format
was not hard-coded to go a specific printer... Sure
enough, he had hard-coded the destination!
