Well there you go. fpTech recommending a cost effective solution, rather
than just extracting every available dime.
You can have 64 people running "r" programs (rclerk/rreport), and up to
five people running dclerk/dreport with debugging ability (-db).
Shirley you don't have 32 users running in debug mode, and more than 5
developers at a time on the system.
The only thing that seems to bite once is a while is license con-
currency. Under certain conditions in the past (and it may exist today)
if you had someone in "d" program, and someone tried to run a "r"
program it would look at the license count for the lower amount
(typically the "d" value) and complain about exceeding user count when
you had scores of unused "r" license slots.
