hi experts
i have a program i have moved from windows to linux.
i now have a segmentation violation.
in windows i use vi (lemmy -softwareonline.org) to edit the processing
tables. no segmentation violation.
in linux i use vi to edit to edit the processing tables.
then i use dcabe ==>> /appl/fp/dcabe fname processingname -ci
i get a segmentation violation. However i can go into the processing table
using p then option 5 and there is no problem. I fear there will be.
i have looked at old emails on segmentation violation & conclude they can be
caused my any combination of anything.
anyhow - any thoughts on what to do (can't drink till the weekend.)
thanks
