Ken is probably using Laura Help Files.  My Unix Help files do not 
include -tf either, but I have used -tf for years so I never looked.

I found this in the Flags for IUA in the Manual

-T nnnnn	Sets input processing tokenization table size.
-TF nnnnn	Sets output processing tokenization table size.
-TY nnnnn 	Sets automatic processing tokenization table size.

I think they need to indicate that -tf sets space for the CALL tables 
and can be used in both CLERK and REPORT.
