Bestowed responsibility is a more appropriate way of putting it. And
rarely have I used it to actually stop anything from coming through that
wasn't an outright spam or virus. 99.999999% of the time, it's simply
approving legit things celestial's filters catch as false positives, faster
than Bill has time for, or when he's away.

TTBOMK, I've never generated a ** 27K ** long message, no matter -how- much
I've typed. Yours was 27K and over 630 lines long, more than 60% of it
being a rehash in HTML because you insist on multipart/alternative combo
bloat-posting. It contained an unsolicited link direct to a commercial
vendor, to boot--the cumulative effect making it blatantly excessive, IMHO.

It was a judgement call on my part, and I stand by it 100% with no
regrets. You might note that I was the one that also -approved- your posts
that did go through (something about this thread likes to trigger the
filters), which were far more technically reaonable in nature, whatever
your tone towards me (or Bill and Celestial, who had nothing to do with it
whatsoever).

If Bill takes issue with my judgement, I presume he'll personally deal with
me in the manner he deems appropriate.

'nuff said.
