I don't know about that. I've piloted a Piper TriPacer both
into and out of Ohare Field in Chicago, and piloted a Cessna
170 out of Meigs Field when it existed on Chicago's lake front.

I've also piloted (left-hand seat) a UPS simulator (I forget
the model number of the Boeing something-or-other) from takeoff
to landing from SDF around the traffic pattern and back to the
center of the runway - when that SOB friend(?) of mine who was
the instructor in charge collapsed the nose gear on me and
sent me off the runway.

I later found out that it was the copilot's duty to get all
out of the aircraft after such a mishap.

PS - The view of Louisville and the beautiful Ohio River was
spectacular during that virtual flight, and the palms of
my hands were sweatier than they'd ever been after a real
     flight.
