creating .csv file with numeric value

As always, once a problem has been solved I make sure that the list is aware
of the resolution.

It appears that the suggestion to export as a "multi" file as opposed to an
"ascii" does the trick. The extension of ".csv" is still used If there is a
leading zero (0) that is now retained.

The power of filePro and the genious and ingenuity of the list is just
awesome.
