The raw data files, direct from the FAA, updated every 56 days, are at:
http://www.transtats.bts.gov
Search for "airport" or "master coordinate". The master coordinate
database includes such things as GPS positions. It is available on a CD
or you can download it.
If you just want to check a single airport id quickly, you can use sites
like www.avweb.com or www.landings.com, but be warned that these sites
don't update their data frequently. (As a pilot. I've found that to be
hazardous to my health more than once!) You could use a screen scraper to
extract the data you need.
