No. The environment the developer works in. Right hand column with all 
the files/tables/outputs/screens/layouts/values in a tree/folder layout.
I should be able to popup a file layout and dock it on the screen.
Make developers more efficient.

Intellegently cut and paste from existing tables. With a mouse like 
normal people.

Developing in a GUI. The need to juggle many items of data at a moment, 
and see several at the same time.

Why can't you when writing a browse lookup have preview window show you 
what will/would be displayed or at least what it could look like?

I want something *better* than the tools available to the 
LAMP[0]/FAMP[1] crowd like the Zend Development Environment.
