The advantage in this case was that I already had the header and footers 
for the page formatted to blend into the customers web site from an 
older project.  It made for a quick programming solution, until I just 
couldn't get the pages where they belonged.

If you are already familiar with HTML and can write it directly, EXPORT 
is great.

I did not find it difficult either way.  The filepro HTML commands are 
shorter but as Mark (Fairlite) will point out, they require that in 
addition to learning HTML you have to learn filePro's version of HTML. 
Seems silly.
