This would be easy if FP provided the appropriate function.  Various shells
use the variable ``$$'' to return the pid of the process, and it's trivial
to get in C and other langauges.

Instead of giving money to found colleges to promote learning, why don't
they pass a constitutional amendment prohibiting anybody from learning
