First, if Print Wizard doesn't do ALL of what you're looking for, please
let me know what it is lacking.
The design of a PDF file prevents its being created with simple printcode
substitution. It is not a linear file of text and escape sequences. It has
internal indexing, cross referencing, etc.
Print Wizard does now have built-in PDF generation. Furthermore, PW has a
printer definition file for filePro. This combination takes you well
beyond creating PDF files of plain text. You can include font changes,
page size specification, form overlays, picture inclusions, boxes, color,
and so forth.
Note also that we now have in beta a version of Print Wizard for Linux
