I've written a front-end wrapper for printwiz that creates a pdf from
whatever without any hassle. If I modified it to take its input from
stdin instead of using a filename argument, and added an option to say
which printer you want to use, and whether you want lp or lpr, it would
essentially be usable as a printer definition where you simply pipe your
output to the wrapper.
