filePro on SuSe 9.0 Linux NFS mounts - problem with NO LOCKS

It will mount just fine and I can write data to the mount folder from
Linux. FilePro can write files there also. I just can't open filePro
in a way that requires a lock to the file.
I looked at the /etc/exports file and the two mounts that are handled on
boot up are shown there. However, the mount I did manually did not list
there. Could it be a difference in manual and mounting from fstab?
