I think he needs to change his default printer in his startup script to use
whatever "printer" is used by GOTOMYPC.  

I may be wrong  as I don't use this option often, but I think you are looking
for 
PFPRINTER - Printer Type
PFPRT - SETS THE DEVICE LOCATION

There are a few others, check fp help file(s) for the specifics.

He might need to shortcuts on the windows box, one for use when he is on site
and the other for when he uses GoToMyPC which redirects his printing, if
possible.
