Running SYSTEM as user filepro

Unless you set PFSYSEUID=OFF, filePro will run SYSTEM commands as euid
"filepro".

What version of filePro are you running, and what O/S are you using?  It may
be that your O/S is doing something that is outside of filePro's control.
