That would be a succinct rebuff, if I were willing to accept your postulation
that Mark didn't "start it" and further that Tom's reply constitutes an
equivalent kind of offense as that which I feel Mark commited.
But I don't accept either of those assessments. Therefore I don't feel my
examination was out of line or hypocritical. (An Hyopcriticism?) Unpleasant
surely, but only as an unavoidable side-efect of being informative, where the
informative portion was more necessary than the need to avoid being unpleasant.
Leaving only the question of "Who says it was so necessary to say anything or
that you should do it?" Simple. I'm only speaking for myself , which anyone has
a right to do. As a group of equals we all cohabitate this space. I feel that
just as if we were all standing in a room together and one of us decides to
urtinate on the floor, that pollutes my environment, and so I have the same
right as anyone to ask them to stop that. If it were a urinate-on-the-floor
party that would be different and I would be obligated to enjoy it or leave.
But I beleive most everyone here has expressed a dislike for rudeness more than
once.
Yes, I do accept that according to those very same guidelines, it's your exactly
equal right to perceive what I did as unecessarily rude and ask me to stop it.
So I hope you beleive me when I say I am not in defend and attack back mode
right now I'm just conversing. Well, I'm pretty sure anyways, but who is fit to
judge themselves really?
