Anything that didn't go out on the first try didn't go out *ever*,
until I ran the queue. Sendmail wasn't *running* queues, qmail was,
and that wasn't the queue *my* mail went into -- everybody who was
delivering via smtp was fine. I called the *binary* from mutt.
