Suggestion: you need a script, on the main menu (or maybe the utility
menu), that does a long-winded Tech Support Dump of everything you
might ever want to know about a system someone's having a problem with.
Version numbers, sizes and checksums of all the binaries, permissions,
environment, CONFIG file, yada yada yada...
Creating one might require hammer and tongs (and thus, inside help), or
you might be able to do it from outside with, say, perl, or an external
binary.
It's The Coming Thing. :-)
