--------------------------------------------------
Citrix is an app server technology. This is more advanced version of MS's
Terminal Server.

Think *nix - fp running locally on a server using terminals.

Using Citrix allows a company to use a relatively powerful server to run
multiple sessions locally. This makes it a very good choice for supporting
remote locations.

Your client may be running you app on one Citrix server or may be trying to run
it on a couple of servers with the data files on a single server.

You may need to find out how the are "mapping" the drives. Are they consistent
for all users? This will affect the config file used to start fp.

Also, depending on the version of fp being run, the may be running into a
licensing problem. If they are below 5.0.13, not a problem. 5.0.13 uses the new
licensing scheme which is tied to the "local" drives serial #. I they are
running 5.0.13 and moved it off of a single server to the Citrix server, you
will have to download a new license.

Just to repeat Ken's request- What OS - server and Citrix version and what
version of FP.
