You don't accidentally have yourself blacklisted.   I've thought
that might be the answer when I get spam that looks like I sent it
to myself.

Kill you SA daemon temporarily to see if something in it is killing
your messages.  Is there any blacklist utility you are using that
might have you in the blacklist?
